NEW SHARE DRAFT AGREEMENT WITH OVERDRAFT PROTECTION SHARE DRAFT AGREEMENT WITH OVERDRAFT LOAN OR SHARE TRANSFER CLAUSE Effective October 31, 2006 Desert Medical Federal Credit Union has discontinued the Overdraft Advance service that began February 14, 2006.* The Credit Union is under NO OBLIGATION to pay a share draft which exceeds the balance in the share draft account. However, the following option is open to you if you wish to participate. In the event I/we write a share draft which would result in my/our share draft account being overdrawn, and if at that time I/we are eligible to receive advance from a line of credit, that share draft shall be deemed to be a request to the Credit Union for an advance under the Line of Credit ($100.00 increments) sufficient to permit the credit union to honor such draft and credit the advance to the share draft account. An overdraft may also be withdrawn from any other share account on which I/we are entitled to withdraw shares This addendum is incorporated into and becomes part of your LOANLINER Credit Agreement. Please keep this attached to your LOANLINER Credit Agreement. DESCRIPTION RATE ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE Line of Credit/Signature 0.036986% 13.50% Payment: The amount and due date will be disclosed at the time of advance. Collection Costs: You agree to pay all cost of collecting the amount you owe under the Agreement, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
